The pyrolysis treatment of domestic waste is that after entering the plant, the waste is weighed into the pretreatment and sorting line for sorting, and the glass products, batteries, bricks, stones, cloth and other articles are sorted out. Before entering the broken bag for screening, the domestic waste is separated from the magnetic metal through the suspended electric iron separator. After entering the broken bag for screening, the screened residue is sent to the landfill. The slag generated after high-temperature pyrolysis of waste is discharged by slag remover and can be used as raw material of cement plant, subgrade soil, covering soil, etc. The tail gas of high-temperature pyrolysis furnace is discharged into the atmosphere after being treated by secondary combustion chamber, flue gas cooling device, adsorption purification, bag filter, etc. The dust generated by the crushing of domestic waste is collected and transported to the bag filter by pipeline. The amount of fly ash is small, and the unburned part can be returned to the furnace for treatment.
