Intelligent integrated sewage treatment system is adopted for village and town sewage. Our main sewage treatment processes are as follows:

1.MBR process

The sewage flows into the regulating tank through the coarse / fine grid. The impurities intercepted by the grid need to be cleaned regularly for the regulation of water quality and quantity. Next, the sewage in the regulating tank is pumped to the MBR system to realize the decomposition and reduction of pollutants by microorganisms in the MBR system, including aerobic and anoxic reaction areas. The non degradable impurities and activated sludge are separated by the membrane module and left in the membrane tank. The water produced by membrane filtration is reused or discharged up to the standard.

2.A2/O process

Anaerobic anoxic aerobic activated sludge process (A2 / O) combines the advantages of an / O and AP / O. the process is composed of anaerobic tank, anoxic tank and aerobic tank in series, and has the function of nitrogen and phosphorus removal. However, nitrogen and phosphorus removal are contradictory in process control, so it is difficult to achieve both in actual operation. Generally, nitrogen removal is the main operation, supplemented by chemical phosphorus removal, so as to meet the effluent requirements. Therefore, a variety of improved A2 / O processes are developed from A2 / O process to reconcile the contradiction in process control of nitrogen and phosphorus removal, such as A2 / O process of pre denitrification, A2 / O process of side flow phosphorus removal, etc. A2 / O process has stable treatment effect and small floor area.
